Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service of PixelMinify

(pixelminify.com), operated by Full Stage & Trading Corp.

It defines what you cannot do with the service. Breaching it means the

immediate loss of access.

1. Prohibited content

You may not use PixelMinify to process:

• Child sexual abuse material. No exceptions, no nuances. Any

detection is reported to the competent authorities and access is

permanently blocked.

• Non-consensual sexual content, including the distribution of intimate

images without the permission of the person depicted.

• Content that infringes third-party rights: copyrights, trademarks,

patents, or trade secrets for which you have no license.

• Forged identity documents, counterfeit currency, or any material

intended to commit fraud.

• Material that promotes terrorism, violence, or harm against

individuals or groups.

• Content that violates the privacy of third parties, including images

obtained without consent in contexts where a reasonable expectation of

privacy exists.

• Special-category data: images whose content reveals health status,

ethnic or racial origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical

beliefs, trade-union membership, sex life or sexual orientation, or

biometrics intended to identify a person. The service is neither

designed nor configured to process them.

2. Prohibited technical uses

You may not:

• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, daily quotas, or

request throttling.

• Automate requests to the service without our express authorization.
• Attempt to access sessions, images, or data of other users.
• Upload files crafted to exploit vulnerabilities in image processing.
• Perform denial-of-service attacks or any action intended to saturate or

degrade the service.

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without authorization.
• Impersonate identities or misrepresent your relationship with a person

or organization.

3. Consequences

Depending on severity, we may:

• Block your IP address.
• Suspend or delete your account.
• Deny you access to the service permanently.
• Report the conduct to the competent authorities when the law requires

it or when we deem it necessary.

We act without prior notice and without any obligation to refund.

4. How to report abuse

Write to us at info@pixelminify.com with the subject "Abuse".

Include all the information you can: what happened, when, and any detail

that helps identify the misuse. The more specific the report, the more

we can do.

We respond to abuse reports within a maximum of 72 hours.

Copyright claims

If you believe someone has used the service to infringe your rights, send

to the same address:

1. Your name, address, and contact details.
2. Identification of the protected work.
3. Description of the infringing use and when you observed it.
4. A statement that you act in good faith and that the information is

accurate.

1. Your signature, physical or electronic.

We handle complete claims with the same priority as abuse reports.

5. What we can do and what we cannot

What we do when we receive a report: we review it, block the user if

appropriate, and cooperate with authorities when the law requires it.

What we cannot do, and it is important you know: PixelMinify does not

host content. Files are deleted within minutes and we do not keep copies.

That means **we cannot recover or retroactively examine a file that has

already been deleted.** If you report something that happened days ago,

it is materially impossible for us to locate that content, because it

ceased to exist in our systems long before.

We prefer to tell you plainly rather than give an impression of a

capability we do not have. It is a direct consequence of a design that

prioritizes your privacy: what protects your images from us also prevents

us from tracking those of others.

For the same reason, there is no published content to take down:

nobody except the person who uploads a file can see it, there are no

public links, and there are no galleries.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one

published here, with its date.
