This policy explains what data PixelMinify (pixelminify.com), a service
operated by Full Stage & Trading Corp, processes and what we do with it.
It is written to be understood. If anything is not clear, write to us at

We process them and return the result.

maximum of 30 minutes, and is deleted when the session ends or expires.
We do not make backups of your images, we do not share them with anyone, we
do not review them, and we do not train any model with them.
In addition, we strip the private EXIF metadata from the original — GPS
location, camera model, and capture date — so that information does not
travel with the processed image.
Signing in is optional. You can do it with Google, GitHub, or
with a one-time code sent to your email. If you sign in, we store:
sub, GitHub id,or your normalised email if you use the email-code option).
email-code option does not have one).
We use these fields only to identify you and give you access to your
account. Regardless of how many providers you link, you have a single
PixelMinify account.
For each operation we store: the type of action, the output format, the
input and output size, the dimensions, and the date.
For each visit we also store:
example "search engine · google.com". Never the full address, which
might contain what you searched for.
on our own server. Your IP is not sent to any external service, and
from it we only keep the country: neither city, nor region, nor
coordinates.
This tells us whether the service is useful to anyone and where people find
us. There are no advertising identifiers, no profiles, no way to
reconstruct the trajectory of a specific person.
The IP address is stored **pseudonymised with a hash using a salt
specific to our installation**, never in the clear. It lets us count
distinct visitors and detect abuse, not identify anyone.
We use Umami, an open-source analytics tool that runs on our own
servers. It records visits, country, browser, operating system,
language, and which features of the service are used. We do not share
anything with Google Analytics, Meta, or any advertising network, and
it does not use cookies.
When an automated crawler visits the site — search engines or AI
systems — we store its technical identifier so we know who is visiting
us. This applies only to bots, never to people. It is deleted after
90 days.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| pm_uid | So only you can access your own images | 7 days |
| pm_session | Keep your session signed in | 30 days |
| pm_flow | Complete Google sign-in securely | 10 minutes |
All three are technically necessary, are signed, and are not accessible
from the page's code.
Your light/dark theme preference is stored in the browser (localStorage),
is not a cookie, and never reaches our servers.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

In that case the provider confirms your identity to us and provides

hosts the service. netcup does not access your data, but it
technically stores it while it exists. We have signed a data
processing agreement with them in accordance with Article 28 of the
GDPR.
Typography, styles, scripts, and every other asset are served from our
own servers. Nothing on the page is loaded from a third-party CDN.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. There are
no advertising networks or data brokers.
If you subscribe to PixelMinify Pro, PixelMinify uses Stripe Managed Payments
— provided through Sold through Link, LLC and related Stripe/Link services
— as the payment processor and Merchant of Record. Because of this,
PixelMinify may provide Stripe/Link with information necessary to create and
manage your billing customer profile, process your subscription checkout and
any renewal charges, calculate and, where applicable, collect and remit
indirect taxes in supported countries, prevent fraud and abuse of the
checkout, and provide billing-related customer support.
The information PixelMinify may share with Stripe/Link for these purposes
includes, at minimum, your account email address and an identifier that lets
us later match the subscription to your PixelMinify account. Depending on
the checkout flow you choose and on where you are, Stripe/Link may also
request or process your name, billing address or country, and IP or network
signals used for fraud, tax, and compliance purposes.
Payment credentials are entered by you directly into Stripe/Link-hosted
payment surfaces. **PixelMinify does not receive or store full payment card
numbers, CVCs, or bank credentials.** Those are handled by Stripe/Link as
external processors.
The only billing-related identifiers PixelMinify stores locally are opaque
references issued by Stripe (such as customer and subscription IDs), the
subscription's status and current period, and internal metadata linking the
subscription to your PixelMinify account.
Stripe's own processing of your data is also governed by Stripe's Privacy
Policy and Link's privacy terms.

Your images are processed in Nuremberg, Germany, in a netcup GmbH data
center. That is, within the European Union.
The company that operates the service, Full Stage & Trading Corp, is
incorporated in the United States and administers the systems from outside
the EU. We apply the same protection measures regardless of your place of
residence.
You may request at any time:

You do not need to request anything for your images: they delete

fewer points through which something could leak.
What we do not do, so you know: the temporary files and the database
are not encrypted at rest on the server's disk. The protection of your
images relies on their existing for a very short time, not on storage
encryption.
No system connected to the internet is invulnerable. We cannot promise
you absolute security, but we can maintain the minimalist design described
here.
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly
collect data from them. If you believe a minor has provided us with data,
write to us and we will delete it.
We may update it. The version in force is always the one published here,
with its date. If the changes are significant, we will announce them on
the site.
