PixelMinify Pro is a subscription service billed monthly at USD 9.99. This Refund Policy applies to Pro subscriptions.
Stripe Managed Payments, provided through Sold through Link, LLC and related Stripe/Link services, acts as the Merchant of Record for PixelMinify Pro transactions. In this role Stripe/Link handles payment processing, calculation and collection of indirect taxes where applicable in supported countries, payment disputes and chargebacks, fraud prevention, and transaction-level customer support. Full Stage & Trading Corp operates PixelMinify itself and is responsible for the service you receive.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page or through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from it. When you cancel, your Pro entitlement remains active until the end of the current billing period.
As a general policy, we do not issue refunds for partial billing periods that were already paid. You keep Pro through the end of that period instead.
You may request a refund from PixelMinify or through Link support. Refund requests are handled in accordance with this Policy, applicable law, and the Stripe Managed Payments refund terms. Stripe, as Merchant of Record, may also issue refunds in circumstances permitted by its Managed Payments terms.
Please contact us at info@pixelminify.com with a brief description of the situation. Refund requests submitted directly to us are considered on a case-by-case basis. Where applicable law (for example, statutory consumer or distance-selling rules) grants you a stronger refund or cancellation right, that applicable law prevails over this Policy.
If a scheduled renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment as part of its billing recovery process. Your Pro entitlement may remain active while the subscription is in Stripe's payment-recovery process. If recovery is unsuccessful, or the subscription otherwise becomes non-entitled under the service, Pro access ends.
