These terms govern your use of PixelMinify (pixelminify.com), a service
operated by Full Stage & Trading Corp ("PixelMinify", "we", "us"). By using
the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
PixelMinify compresses, resizes, and optionally watermarks images. You upload
a file, we process it, and we return the result.
We do not host your content. In batch mode, your file is deleted from our
server immediately after processing. In editor mode it is kept for the
duration of your session, up to a maximum of 30 minutes, and is deleted when
the session ends or expires.
There are no public links to your content, no galleries, and no way for a
third party to access your images.
You retain all rights to the images you upload. We do not acquire any
ownership over them.
You grant us only the limited, temporary permission to store and modify your
content to the extent necessary to provide the service. That permission ends
when the file is deleted.
We do not use your content for any other purpose. We do not analyze it, do
not share it, and do not train models with it.
By using the service you represent and warrant that:
not infringe the copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or privacy
rights of any third party.

Prohibited uses are described in our
Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these
terms.
We may suspend or block access for any user who violates them, at our
discretion and without prior notice.
The service has technical limits: maximum file size, maximum resolution,
number of requests per minute, and number of images per day.
We may change these limits at any time. Attempting to circumvent them is a
breach of these terms.
PixelMinify offers an optional paid subscription, PixelMinify Pro, on the
following terms.
billing period until you cancel it. Each renewal is a new authorized charge
in accordance with the terms accepted at checkout.
The free tier of PixelMinify remains available separately.
You may cancel your PixelMinify Pro subscription at any time from your Account
page or through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from it. When you cancel,
the cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current billing period,
your Pro entitlement remains active until that period ends, and you are not
charged again after that period unless you subscribe again.
We do not, as a general policy, refund partial billing periods. Refund
requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment as part of its
billing recovery process. Your Pro entitlement may remain active while the
subscription is in Stripe's payment-recovery process. If recovery is
unsuccessful, or the subscription otherwise becomes non-entitled, Pro access
ends.
Stripe Managed Payments, provided through Sold through Link, LLC and related
Stripe/Link services, acts as the Merchant of Record for PixelMinify Pro
transactions. In this role Stripe/Link is responsible for charging your
payment method, calculating and, where applicable, collecting and remitting
indirect taxes (such as sales tax, VAT, or GST) in supported countries,
handling payment disputes and chargebacks, preventing fraud, and providing
transaction-level customer support.
Your purchase is also subject to the terms displayed on the Stripe/Link
checkout surface at the moment you subscribe.
Full Stage & Trading Corp operates PixelMinify itself and is responsible for
the service you receive.
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these
terms by reference. Where applicable law (for example, statutory consumer
protection or distance-selling rules) grants you a stronger refund or
cancellation right than what is stated in these terms or the Refund Policy,
that applicable law prevails.
PixelMinify Pro is offered on the same "as is" basis as the free service,
subject to the disclaimers and limitations of liability elsewhere in these
terms. Nothing in this section creates a service-level agreement, uptime
guarantee, or guarantee that any specific feature will be preserved
unchanged.
The service is offered as it is available. We may modify, suspend, or
discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
We do not guarantee that the service will be available uninterrupted or free
of errors.
PixelMinify, its logo, its design, and its code are the property of Full
Stage & Trading Corp. These terms do not grant you any rights over them.
PixelMinify™ is a trademark of Full Stage & Trading Corp.
Registration is optional. If you create an account through Google, you are
responsible for the security of that Google account and for all activity
carried out from it.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
The processing of personal data is described in our
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent
permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied,
including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service is error-free, or that access will be
continuous or uninterrupted. You use the service at your own risk.
Always keep your originals. We do not retain copies and cannot recover
a lost file.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Full Stage & Trading Corp
nor its suppliers will be liable, under any legal theory, for:
preceding twelve months, or one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).
We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond
our reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Full Stage & Trading Corp, its
officers, employees, and suppliers from any claim and expense, including
attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the service or from your breach
of these terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. If you have an account, you may
request its deletion by writing to info@pixelminify.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these
terms or if your use harms the service or other users.
Sections 2, 10, 11, and 12 will survive termination.
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published
on this page, with its "last updated" date.
If the changes are significant, we will announce them on the site.
Continuing to use the service after a change implies acceptance.
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, these terms and the use of the
service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States,
excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent forum for any dispute
will be the courts located in Coral Springs, Florida, United States.
If any part of these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, it will be
interpreted according to the original intent of the parties and the rest
will remain in full force.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy,
constitute the entire agreement between you and Full Stage & Trading Corp
regarding the service.
